[ 1 ] Peacock, Pearls, Pictures, & Flute ♥

First post! :) I have been sick the past 2 days so I stayed at home, and in my boredom I decided to A) Make this blog, and B) Use it to show my dress designs and some photography. Majority of my photography is on my DA account : make-the-world-smile.deviantart.com, but the photos I took yesterday are pretty similar so I don't want to clutter my account with all of them. But anyways, here are my pictures, and I own every prop used.

The first set contains my flute and peacock feather with various other 'props'.

The second set contains pictures of a relatives wedding, a photo album, and various other props once again.

Well that's that! I would love to hear from anyone who comes across my page! :)
And if you want to look at my other photography, check out my DA page!

[ 2 ] Dress Designs ~ ♥

This is one of my first dress designs, a prom dress with peacock feathers around the waist, and a peacock feather neclace. (I'm not good at drawing hands, so bare with me please...)

The bodice would be made of a silky material beaded with pearls and the skirt would have 3 layers. Bottom layer would be the same silky material as the bodice, and the next two layers would just be a lacey mesh material. The gloves would be silk and the wrap would be a semi-mesh material. The entire dress would be beaded with pearls and small rhinestones, that would match the peacock necklace.

The second dress design(right), is another prom dress with ALOT of ruffles and a very cute bow at the waist. (I know the picture is crooked, I draw crooked so there's no guaranteed that it will be straight!)

The ribbon below the hips and around the waist with bow, would be made of a silky material, probably a few shades lighter than the main color of the dress. The remainder of the dress(ruffles) would be made out of a silky material like the ribbons. The pattern of the ruffles would overlap going downwards for the bodice area above and below the waist line and the ruffles on the skirt would flow down. The gloves would be made of the same silky material as the dress, and there would be a lacey ruffle on the ends of the gloves. The necklace is just a sterling silver chain with dangling precious stones and a larger one in the middle.

AND, the third and final dress design, is yet again a prom dress with a zebra print below the bust line, wrap and trim at the end of the skirt. I designed this dress especially for a very close friend, so please, DON'T STEAL. ( In fact don't steal any of them please.)

The bust area would be very neatly ruffled, made out of a silk like material. The zebra print under the bust would either be made out of silk or cotton. The skirt, with black and white beading, would be form fitting until the waist, where then it'll start to 'poof' outwards. It would be made out of the same material as the bust area. Underneth the skirt would be sown in petticoat to establish that lite poof. The wrap would be a semi-mesh material with zebra print all over it. The necklace would just be either black or white beads with a zebra print charm in the middle and the bracelet would be the same beads as the necklace without the zebra charm.

Well, that's all that I've designed so far! Feedback would be really appericiated by all!
Thanks for reading! :)
